God is calling his struggling servants from the bondage and guilt of leaving the brick and mortar church should that be your call. What is meant by that?.....Evaluate your church with the scrutiny of Jesus. Why? First, it is your duty. Secondly, much of the church is dead in sin and will take you straight to hell without question. Remember the war for your soul? You are always in a war. Your soul depends on your choices, not those you follow. (Remember Satans goal for every living soul....?)
Please do not take this as all churches are bad or I am down on church. They are not, neither am I. The point is, do you belong there? Is this where God planted you to grow or teach? Or are you suppose to leave and start a home group, surrounding yourselves with like minded followers of Jesus who can actually teach people how to live this "Christian" life? Seek your call, there is little time left!!!
We need fellowship. God built us for that, however, do not stay in a church led by people who will not warn the flock to repent for sin or refuse to prepare their flocks for the last days and the challenges coming with them. Many want your money. If they warn you to prepare, there goes their tithes, programs, salary or building fund money. Right? Our own Government warned the people of this country to have a 6 month supply of provision. (If you cannot do this, add to your supplies a few dollars every shopping trip, coupon, fill up jugs with drinking water and learn how to preserve water. Trust that God will provide as well. If you are the slothful servant going out to eat, going on vacations etc..... or, if you are one to refuse to sacrifice some of this or all of this to prepare, do not expect anyone to take care of you including God, at that time. FYI- My church was also radio silent on this one. We have a building fund to tend to....... that rests on his hands, not mine.
A quick answer to your question about my personal situation: We have been called to serve there for now. But, our call is to prop this man up and give him the courage and backing to stand against the persecution hitting the church, including preparation for the coming days. Providing he listens, we stay. If he fails, we dust off our feet and move forward knowing none of their blood our hands. Our work is a private work. We do not put our brothers and sisters on blast either. We come along side them and labor together. We work together as Jesus states in his word. Here are some honerable ways to give an unbiased evaluation of the current state of the brick and mortar church in general and to help you decide the state of your own church. This will also give you the confidence to disassociate yourself from those which have become the harlot, should this be your plight. Revelation 18:4 ...'And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.' We must all come to terms with the fact that we have been lied to by folks we should have been able to trust completely. It has happened to me too, more times than I care to admit. Remember, Jesus is worth it!!! (Lying by omission is just as harmful.)
The problem appears to start at seminary colleges, government/church interference via 501c3, public or congregant peer pressure or people who are not called by God to be teachers and preachers serving in that capacity and last, but not least, satanists (assigned to infiltrate and take over, for real!).
For some reason, students seem to lack connection with the holy spirit, they fail to question semonary error and false doctrine even when it is clearly so. If a student of the word stuggles with unbelief, it is easy for the enemy to infiltrate them and then the local church with false doctrine. This is one of the reasons we have 30,000 plus denominations. This is why it is critical to work towards an intimate relationship with God. This is doable for every person, otherwise, this plan God has for us would not exist.
These problems filter down to the local guy. There we have it. The hope of the flock is that their heart for ministry is pure. ISV Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for well-being, and not for calamity, in order to give you a future and a hope. Please do not be discouraged. These are facts to arm yourselves with. The power of knowledge. This is your life, no one else's!!! The father tells us, Amp Matt 10:16 “Listen carefully: I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; so be wise as serpents, and innocent as doves [have no self-serving agenda]. The Father also warns anyone who takes up ministry. ISV Ezekial 34:1. 1 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Woe to the shepherds of Israel, who only feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed their flock? 3 You eat the fat, wear the wool, and butcher the fattened sheep, but you do not feed the flock. (IN OTHERWORDS, LIVING OFF YOUR GIVING AND NOT PREACHING GODS WORD!!!) This is a parable speaking about preachers and their congregation! Reread it again. It is an accusation from GOD!!! He has our back. He then makes a statement to the preachers and teachers: Ez 34: 4 You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bound up the injured, brought back the strays, or searched for the lost. Instead, you have ruled them with violence and cruelty. 5 They were scattered for lack of a shepherd, and when they were scattered they became food for all the wild beasts. 6 My flock went astray on all the mountains and every high hill. They were scattered over the face of all the earth, with no one to search or seek for them.’ ( THEY DO NOT CAST OUT DEVILS, HEAL THE SICK, NO OUTREACH RESULTING IN REPENTANCE, THEY DO NOT FEED THE POOR BECAUSE OF GVMT INTERFERENCE, THEY KEEP THE MESSAGES LIGHT AND HAPPY AS TO NOT LOSE TITHE MONEY, DO NOT CONVICT THEM INTO REPENTANCE FOR FEAR OF OFFENDING THEM AND LOSING TITHE MONEY, TWISTING SCRIPTURE TO CONTROL THE FLOCK, NOT DOING ANY OF GODS MINISTRY ACCORDING TO HIS WORD, SOME SCRIPTURE IS OFF LIMITS BECAUSE IT OFFENDS PEOPLE, TOLERATING SIN AND CALLING IT LOVE, NOT LIVING A HOLY OR RIGHTEOUS LIFE, THEREFORE INFECTING AND CURSING THE CHURCH BODY ETC.)
Then the father tells them what will happen to them for their greed and disobedience to the word. (keep in mind everything Jesus gave was free to all who would receive him, FREE!!!) Ezekial 34 7 Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 8 ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord GOD, because My flock lacks a shepherd and has become prey and food for every wild beast, and because My shepherds did not search for My flock but fed themselves instead, 9 therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD! Notice how fair and righteous God is. He makes a statement, he explains the sin, then tells them why they will be punished. 7 Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 8 ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord GOD, because My flock lacks a shepherd and has become prey and food for every wild beast, and because My shepherds did not search for My flock but fed themselves instead, 9 therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD! Then he tells them what their punishment will be. 10 This is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will demand from them My flock and remove them from tending the flock, so that they can no longer feed themselves. For I will deliver My flock from their mouths, and it will no longer be food for them.’
GOD will call his flock to where they will flourish. They will leave these false teachers and the false teachers will lose their income!!! If you have been betrayed, what will you do? Retreat? Ignore? Fight? You have two choices. Bitter or better. In order to walk righteously before God, please chalk it up as a learning experience and move forward. God is their judge. It will be harsh. If you are tempted to give up on God, please do not. It is not his fault. He loves you more than anyone else ever could. Love him back. If you are angry, ask him to take it away, ask him to plant that love you lack into your own heart. Do better next time, pray for discernment and use it!!!
